There’s a Place for Us!
Looking for a workshop, event, or meeting space?
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Review rooms, locations, and space capacities, in the charts and maps on this page.
Step 2: Review all guidelines on this page, especially the Space Use Policies.
Step 3: Submit a Space Use Request form.
Step 4: After you receive a confirmation email from your request, click the button below to pay fees associated with space use.
Step 5: A staff member will contact you to discuss further details, including any assistance you would like in promoting your event.
Step 6: Enjoy your event at the Center!

Space Details & Rates:
The rate is $150/hour regardless of which room(s) you use. Brooklyn Community Pride Center charges fees for providing support during your event or activity and for use of equipment. These fees include staff time, access to wifi, printing, time for preparations and clean up, etc. The Center reserves the right to adjust fees at any time and fees are subject to change upon renewal of any Space Use Agreement. These fees are not rent and do not create a landlord-lessee relationship.
Requests to use our spaces outside our normal hours of operation may include an additional staffing charge at $50/hour. Requests for reservations outside our operating hours must be made a minimum of four weeks in advance to allow for staff scheduling.
For reservations over $500, a 20% deposit is due before the space will be reserved.
Fee Waivers: We routinely waive or reduce fees for groups that meet these criteria:
- The event is of interest to or focused on LGBTQ+ people, open to the public, and free to attend, or
- The event is relevant to our mission statement and free to attend but is not open to the public, or
- The space use request is for a recovery group helping people with addiction.
When we waive or reduce fees, we encourage you to consider a “pay what you can” donation to offset overhead costs for the space.
