Pride Path for LGBTQ+ Young Adults at Brooklyn Community Pride Center

Pride Path Program Breakdown 
  • Paid training. To set you up for success, we provide paid training. From financial empowerment workshops to one-on-one coaching, we’re here to support both your professional development and your personal wellbeing.
  • Paid internship. Pride Path internships last 6 weeks. From fashion to finance, we have positions in a variety of industries, and the businesses we partner with are LGBTQ+ affirmative.
  • Ongoing support. Interns receive ongoing training during their internship, as well as support to find permanent employment when the program ends.

Pride Path for LGBTQ+ Young Adults

ARE YOU LGBTQ+, between the ages of 18-24 and struggle to find work that respects and supports your different identities? 
DO YOU LACK ACCESS to the tools, services and community support that would position you for professional success?

Pride Path is a paid internship program for LGBTQ+ young adults at the beginning of their careers. We provide training, connections to queer-friendly businesses, and support along the way. You get the experience you need to launch your career.

Application Process:

Step 1: Fill out the application.

Step 2: Once your application is received, we will invite you to the center for an in-person interview with program staff.

Step 3: If selected for the program you will be invited in for Intake and Orientation.
