Pride Path Program Breakdown
  • Paid training. To set you up for success, we provide paid training. From financial empowerment workshops to one-on-one coaching, we’re here to support both your professional development and your personal wellbeing.
  • Paid internship. Pride Path internships last 6 weeks. We have positions in a variety of industries, and the businesses we partner with are LGBTQ+ affirmative.
  • Ongoing support. Interns receive ongoing training during their internship, as well as support to find permanent employment when the program ends.

Apply now for the Pride Path fall 2021 focused specifically on the ballroom community! Pride Path is a paid internship program for LGBTQ+ young adults:
ARE YOU LGBTQ+, between the ages of 18-24, and finding it hard to make a steady income?
DO YOU NEED A FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE?
DO YOU WANT WORK THAT RESPECTS AND SUPPORTS your identity and how you choose to express yourself?
We provide training, connections to queer-friendly businesses, and support along the way. This fall cohort, we will focus specifically on the ballroom community with special ball related workshops and programming catering to ballroom youth with their input. We strongly encourage ballroom-involved young adults to apply.
