Pride Path for LGBTQ+ Young Adults

Applications are now closed for this season
Pride Path is an internship program for LGBTQ+ young adults.
ARE YOU LGBTQ+, between the ages of 18-24, and struggle to find work that respects and supports your different identities?
DO YOU LACK ACCESS to the tools, services, and community support that would position you for professional success?

Pride Path is an internship program for LGBTQ+ young adults at the beginning of their careers. We provide training, connections to queer-friendly businesses, and support along the way. You get the experience you need to launch your career.

Leadership funding for the Pride Path program is provided by the New York Community Trust
