My First Job

Our community leaders share their first employment stories with tips about how to succeed in the workplace as LGBTQ+.

Pride Path Program Breakdown
  • Paid training. To set you up for success, we provide paid training. From financial empowerment workshops to one-on-one coaching, we’re here to support both your professional development and your personal wellbeing.
  • Paid internship. Pride Path internships last 6 weeks. From fashion to finance, we have positions in a variety of industries, and the businesses we partner with are LGBTQ+ affirmative.
  • Ongoing support. Interns receive ongoing training during their internship, as well as support to find permanent employment when the program ends.
