Especially for young professionals, gaining meaningful work experience can mean the difference between just finding a job and building a long-term career.

Pride Path is an internship program for high-potential LGBTQ+ young adults at the beginning of their careers. Whether you need a fresh social media presence or support with managing your office, Pride Path can help you meet your business needs while nurturing the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders.

We provide the training, funding, and support. You provide access to life-changing opportunity.

How it Works:
  • Upon being selected for the program, young adults complete job-readiness training that equips them with the professional skills they need to work for your company.
  • No need to sift through résumés — we match you with interested candidates and arrange interviews for you.
  • The internship begins. Interns’ training and work hours are paid for through Pride Path, so you can host an intern at no cost to you.
  • Along the way, we provide ongoing support for interns, as well as training for your company on how to create a safe and inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ employees.
