Finding an Apartment in NYC

AN APARTMENT FINDING TIPS WORKSHOP:

Thursday, November 21st
6:30 to 8 PM at the Center

Finding an apartment in NYC can be one of the most stressful parts of living in the city.
  • Should you use a broker?
  • What does “No Fee” really mean?
  • How do you calculate your gross vs. net income?
  • Do you meet the income requirements?
  • How about the minimum credit score?
  • What is a guarantor and do you need one?
  • What’s the best time to start your search?
  • It can be overwhelming!
In this workshop, Sarah Sidwell, NYC real estate agent with Highline Residential, will break down the process for you and provide a few simple tips to make your apartment search a little less stressful. By the end of the class, you will have all the information you need to better navigate the confusing world of NYC apartments rentals.
