PopGym is offering online Self-DefensePractice Sessions the 2nd and 4th Wednesday in May at 6 to 7:30 PM — open to all ages.
This week being a chance to practice some of the techniques they’ve been teaching! Come by for some stretch/warmup, pad work, and deets on how to make your strikes a bit stronger! If there is time, they’ll also teach some new stuff.
Find a space where you feel comfortable moving around in, ideally where you can stretch out your arms/legs without hitting anything!
Free to attend and donations welcome — all money raised will go to reimburse instructors as well as other worthwhile causes.
