Join Ananta in weekly Pridefulness Meditation!
Through meditation and gentle movement, you will learn simple techniques to cultivate mindfulness, loving kindness, and bodily awareness.
These techniques are proven to enhance emotional resilience and regulation and build attention skills.
There will be space for discussion and questions to learn from each other.
The sessions will be facilitated by Ananta, who is a queer, white, British, cis man, an ordained Buddhist, with 25 years of meditation experience. He has an inclusive and invitational facilitation style and loves to see people open up in response to these deceptively simple yet profound practices.
