Learn How To Live Healthfully With HIV

In-Person 6-Session Workshop:
Thursdays 12:30–3 PM
Begins 9/16 thru 10/21.

The DEADLINE for registration is Tuesday, August 31.
The Positive Living/Chronic Disease Self Management Program (PSMP), facilitated by NYU Langone Health in partnership with NYC Health + Hospitals Bellevue, is for people living with HIV (PLWH). The group meets once a week for 2 ½ hours for 6 weeks.
The workshops help participants to better manage their health with the goal of maintaining and/or increasing life’s activities.
The curriculum supports self-managed behavior modification and coping strategies to better manage health condition(s), nutrition, medications, treatment adherence, and increase physical activity levels.
PSMP is open only to people living with HIV and who have not taken this workshop before.
Participants will be awarded $150 in Target gift cards upon completion of all 6 sessions of the program and participation in a brief 3-month follow-up survey. The DEADLINE for registration is Tuesday, August 31
