Monday, August 9th, 5–6 PM
Join us for a virtual workshop that focuses on re-integrating back into society after the COVID-19 pandemic. As quarantine restrictions are being lifted in New York City, many are experiencing re-entry anxiety.
Together we will discuss normalizing the reactions to this change, as well as share coping mechanisms and tips to manage stress during this time. LGBTQ+ affirming community resources will be shared as well.
To join the session, follow this Zoom link (Meeting ID: 991 7059 9113; Passcode: 5epUU6).
This workshop will be provided by NY Project Hope, a federally funded crisis counseling program through FEMA which aims to help communities cope with the aftermath of COVID-19. It is a strengths-based program offering support that promotes resilience, empowerment, and recovery. It is always free, and we’ll create a space where participants can openly discuss and share.
