How to Re-Socialize "Post" Covid, Thursday May 12th

How to Re-Socialize “Post” COVID

CROWN HEIGHTS: May 12th, 10:30AM to 12:30PM

Now that it seems we are emerging from the pandemic, new social norms are confusing and can add new levels of anxiety and stress. Let’s figure out how to deal with that!

NY Project Hope will be facilitating this workshop that will focus on aspects of re-socialization, coping strategies, grounding techniques, self development, stress management, burnout, and emotional support. The session will be both educational in these areas as well as include group discussions to discover new ways to approach wellness.

The session is free, confidential, and anonymous, within a safe space, so anyone can feel comfortable to come. To reserve your spot, please register at EventBrite.

NY Project Hope is a program of the NYS Office of Mental Health and funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency administered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
