Cowgirl Summer is a new play exploring the complexity of coming to terms with queerness as a young person in the age of the internet. It follows twin sisters as they escape through writing fan fiction together, and the domino effect that follows putting their work online. It is a uniquely queer and uniquely Gen Z story, but it explores themes that everyone in the community can recognize and relate to.
