PURGATORY'S BIG QUEER STREET DAY 2024! A PRIDE EXTRAVAGANZA BLOCK PARTY LIVE MUSIC, QUEER-IFIED FIELD DAY EVENTS, LOCAL LGBTQ VENDORS, NON-PROFITS, DRAG, DJs, A DUNK TANK (!!) AND MUCH MUCH MORE IN STREETS OF BROOKLYN !! June 22nd from 2PM - 8PM, with an After Party immediately following all night, on the streets in front of Purgatory BK at 675 Central Ave. LIVE MUSIC: TEENAGE HALLOWEEN LAS MARIQUITAS EEVIE ECHOES & THE LOCATIONS THE CANVAS COLLECTIVE & TWO MORE LOCAL FAVORITES TO BE ANNOUNCED WEEK OF THE EVENT!! Big Queer Street Day is a free event and everyone is welcome, but donations from those who can afford are greatly appreciated! Purgatory is an lgbt owned & managed space and our pride event is entirely independently produced & funded, so every dollar you give goes directly to paying our artists, staff, and covering our production costs! In the event that we cover all of our production costs, we'll be giving any excess funds directly to the Brooklyn Community Pride Center. Throughout the event we'll also be hosting a raffle for BCPC, with all proceeds going to them! <3
