Time & Location
Nov 27, 2023, 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM

About the event
Students will practice drama, improvisation, and storytelling to express themselves, get to know each other, and create their own theater.
Students will choose what kinds of stories they want to tell, and they will leave this program having created their own story and/or performance. This is a creative space to explore new ideas, so students will not perform their work publicly unless they choose to do so.
More about the facilitator: Meghan (she/they) is a theater-maker and educator. They work as a Lower School Advisor and all-school Drama Teacher at the Brooklyn Free School. They have also created theater with the Creative Arts Team, Park Avenue Youth Theater, NYC Children’s Theater, Bluelaces, and Girls Leadership.
