About the event
CAMBA’s BOP team is happy to announce that the Black Love and Resilience Symposium will be returning in 2025 for our third annual celebration! Once again we be honoring National Black HIV/AIDS awareness day and Black history month while uplifting the community with our open stage for Black Queer performers!
This year’s theme is “Serving the Black Mind, Body, and Soul,” and will be discussing self care within the Black Queer Community. This year we encourage people to show up wearing one of our theme colors which is Red, for HIV/AIDS Awareness; Green, for Mental Health Awareness; and Purple, for Domestic Violence Awareness. Showing up wearing one of these colors will get you a FREE raffle ticket and a chance to win one of our prizes.
For more information about BLR and the open stage you may contact Wylliam Smith (He/Him) at Wylliam.Smith@CAMBA.org or 347-533-3106.
