There’s a gap in medical research that only you can fill.
All LGBTQ+ Americans deserve to be seen, heard, and understood — especially when it comes to medical research. Understanding how lifestyle, genetics, and environment affect the health of the queer community is what inspires our research.
Joining the All of Us Research Program is your chance to help speed up medical breakthroughs that will benefit you and your community.
Brooklyn Community Pride Center has joined on in helping to get more than 1,000,000 Americans to participate in the All of Us Research Program, with the goal of making sure 75% of participants are from historically under-represented and under-researched groups, including LGBTQ+ people. You can learn more about what enrollment involves and why we chose to partner on this study in particular in this video:
All of Us is a research program from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). It is seeking one million or more people from across the U.S. to help speed up medical research. People who join will share information about their health, habits, and what it’s like where they live. By looking for patterns, researchers will learn more about what affects people’s health.
