Pride Path for Businesses and Nonprofits

If you’re a business supportive and affirming of LGBTQ+ young adults, then you’re in the right place!
Wondering how to increase your customer base as well your business revenue? Working with the LGBTQ+ community can help you grow your business.
Did you know that New York has one of the largest LGBTQ+ populations in America?
Manhattan has a rich and thriving history for the gay community, but recently the LGBTQ+ presence is massively migrating to the outer boroughs, particularly Brooklyn. Brooklyn now has the highest percentage of LGBTQ+ residents other than Manhattan.
Did you know it’s reported that the US economy could add an extra $9 billion a year if more companies retained their LGBTQ employees?
Companies with strong LBGTQ+ policies are often more innovative and positively perceived by customers. When companies strengthen their LGBTQ+ anti-discrimination policies, they immediately start reaping the benefits.
Did you know LGBTQ+ costumers are the most loyal?
They would prefer to spend money with companies that are queer-friendly, and will actually spend more money as act of support to the business. They are also powerful consumers. This was proven last year when the combined buying power of the U.S. LGBTQ+ adults rose to almost $1 trillion.
Do you want to increase the LGBTQ+ customers at your business?
By partnering with Brooklyn Community Pride Center, we can help train your staff and develop policies for a safe and inclusive workplace.
